Service of current, special and deposit accounts. Payments without opening a bank account in RF and foreign currency.

Current and deposit accounts are charged commission fee for service and operations.

Payment documents
- in RF currency are admitted by the Bank till 3:00pm on current bank day
- in US dollars till 5:00pm, in euro till 3:00pm and
- in other currencies till 11:00am (Moscow time).

Payment documents admitted by the Bank after the given time and instructions with application of telegraph letters of advise the Bank fulfills for the following date 

Commissions of the Bank nominated in foreign currency are charged in RF rubles on the exchange rate of the given foreign currency and RF ruble established by the RF CB for the date of decommissioning. In case there is no sufficient amount on the account the operation is to be carried out on, the Bank has a right to reject the Client in debiting or use another account of the Client to carry out the operation. 

The Bank is not responsible for delays, mistakes, wrong or varying interpretations etc. that may originate because of hand-written document blanks.
The Bank has a right to charge special commission fee for non-standard or rarely made operations after coordinating it with the Client.
