On January 28th, 2009 the award ceremony of "The most successful mobile bankers 2008" took place. The major prize - trip to Hungary - was received by the winners of the contest: Dmitriy Gorbachev (Moscow), Elena Viryasova (Moscow), Nadezhda Glushkova (Omsk) and Arthur Evteev (St. Petersburg). The main criteria of the contest was the quantity of the applications for loans, deposits and salary projects in OTP Bank, as well as the assessment of the contest participants by the clients.

The "mobile bankers" service - free consulting and sales of banking products anytime in the convenient location for the client - was launched in spring 2008. At that time agents offered various credit products. In 2008 more that 10% of retail sales volume was generated by this sales channel.

The product line offered by the "mobile bankers" has been expanding gradually. Now the agents sell not only credit programs, but deposits and salary projects as well. As of today the number of "mobile bankers" has reached more than 1100 people. The services of OTP Bank are sold through company-partners networks - insurance companies, realty agencies and law firms. Thereby the total number of OTP Bank agencies is about 2500 people.
